2. Can I reuse/reapply my nails?

Yes!After each nail removal, turn the cuticle stick to clean up the nail piece and the remaining nail glue, the nail piece can be reused multiple times.

3. Are they durable?

Absolutely! We are not the typical press-on nail brand that is made from thin and flimsy plastic. Each set is created using a unique production process to create high quality and super durable nails. You can feel confident while performing your daily tasks without worrying about a break or split!

4. Are they comfortable to wear?

Our nails are super light and ultra-comfortable to wear. The thickness of the press-on nails matches the thickness of your natural nails, but they feel stronger and more durable.

5. Are my natural nails safe?

Are my natural nails safe?Most definitely babe! Your natural nails are completely safe under our press-on nails.To ensure a healthy natural nail, please ensure proper prep and application. Recommended wear time is 7-14 days. Anything longer than 14 days can increase chances of water becoming trapped in between the artificial nail and adhesive, causing bacteria growth. To ensure this doesn’t happen, once the nails begin to lift, follow the removal procedures. You can reapply the nails, just ensure your natural nail and the artificial nail are clean and properly prepared for reapplication.

6. Is Nail Elf vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We are 100% vegan and cruelty free.

7. Can I customize my nails?

Yes, we love custom sets! If you would like a custom nail set please email us at support@nailelfonline.com with any details (pictures, colors, designs, etc.) and we will give you a quote. We will then send you a custom listing which you can purchase through the website. Please make sure you know your sizes before purchasing a custom order.

8. How long do the nails stay on?

It really depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are with your hands, and your choice of adhesive. With nail tabs, you can wear them for about 7 days.

With nail glue, you can wear them for about 1 to 3 weeks(Please note that glue can sometimes cause damage to your natural nails. You can instead use the jelly gel I provided; it helps avoid this issue and makes removal much easier )

1. Where do you ship?

We wish we could get our products into the hands of everyone. Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or other military addresses. 2. When will my order ship?

Our team is as busy and efficient as bees, prioritizing the processing of your order within 2-7 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily keep track of your shipment. Please be sure to check your inbox for the latest updates.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers depending on your location. The average shipping time is about 6 to 15 business days. Your tracking number will be updated within 1-3 days after your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Issues?

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately. They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

Nail Elf does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

5. OMG! I entered the wrong shipping address!

No worries babe! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we are able to make changes/modifications to the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@nailelfonline.com.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes. USPS does not allow us to change or update addresses mid transit. We recommend contacting USPS directly to see if they can possibly reroute your package once it arrives at the original destination.

6. Delivery delays?

While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.

If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.

7. Stolen items

Once packages are dropped off at the post office, they are tracked but are no longer in my control. For this reason, I cannot be responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen parcels. Once your nails are shipped, you will need to track the whereabouts of your package.

Nail Elf assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and is not required to issue refunds or replacements for these orders.

If your order is marked as "delivered" but the package is missing, please check with your neighbors in case they accidentally received it, or contact your local post office and mail carrier to investigate further.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

1. What is your return policy?

📜Due to the nature and hygiene concerns of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue.

If you receive damaged or defective items, we will certainly offer an exchange or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving damaged or defective products.

❤️Please note: Our handcrafted nails are made with care, so each design may vary slightly.

❌Items selected in the wrong size or for other personal reasons do not qualify for exchange or refund.

🧾To complete your exchange or refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

💳If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and issue the refund.

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.
